These are the terms for using Daytone. We have written them in plain words.
What Daytone is
Daytone is an app for starting the day with a colour. It gives you a short message and lets you make a cover of yourself. It is a creative and editorial product.
Daytone is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it does not predict anything. If you are worried about your health or how you feel, please talk to a qualified professional.
Messages written by AI
Your daily message and the answers of our assistant are written by an AI model. They can be wrong or not fit your day. Use them as an idea, not as a fact or a recommendation.
Using Daytone
You need an account to use Daytone. Please give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. Please do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it to harm others.
Minimum age: TODO_MINIMUM_AGE: the owner and a lawyer decide the minimum age
Your photo and your covers
Your photo and your finished covers stay on your phone and belong to you. If you share a cover, you are responsible for where you share it. Please only use photos you have the right to use.
Plus and subscriptions
Daytone is free to start. Plus is a paid subscription with more tones, shades and features. New accounts can try Plus for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We show the price before you pay. Prices may change, and we tell you before a change applies to you.

Gifts
A gift gives one person 12 months of Plus. It does not renew by itself. A gift code can be redeemed for 12 months after it is bought. Rules for gifts differ between countries, and we may adjust these terms to follow them.
Changes to the service
We may change Daytone or these terms. If a change matters to you, we tell you in the app. Using Daytone after a change means you accept it.
We do our best to keep Daytone running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Our responsibility
We are responsible as far as the law requires. TODO_LIABILITY: a lawyer writes the limit of liability for the owner's country
